Can I use the lamp with other gel brands?
The TGO Pro Smart Lamp cures at a wavelength of 365nm + 405nm. The lamp has been tried and tested with our gels so we know for certain that it's the perfect match.
We recommend consulting your brand to confirm the wavelength of your gel and to confirm it'll cure correctly in our lamp.
Will it be as effective as mains powered?
Our lamp has been tried and tested both using the mains power and battery power. There is no difference in power provided.
Once the lamp reaches the lowest battery marker, we recommend plugging in to start charging whilst using the lamp, though there won't be a difference in power given, it'll turn its self off completely once the battery power has been used.
Can I return the lamp?
Your statutory rights are the same as always, though in the unlikely event that you want to return the lamp, it must be in it's original packaging / box.
We are unable to process returns / refunds without the original packaging / box.
