Brush Care
Before using your brush for the first time, you will need to use a dry lint-free pad to remove any residual residue left over from the manufacturing process. Using your pad, gently use the brush and wipe over the pad – this should ensure complete removal of any residue.
To provide the best quality, our brushes come with lids to ensure the bristles are kept in pristine condition.
After use and cleaning, ensure the lids are on the brushes and the bristles are flat inside, not bent. This will ensure longevity of use.
If you have accidently bent the bristles on your brush you can dip them in to hot water which should allow them to regain their shape. You must be careful with this method and gently dipping them quickly is recommended for best results.
It is recommended to use isopropyl alcohol to regularly clean your brushes. You can wipe the bristles and handles of your brush with isopropyl alcohol on a lint-free pad.
You should not use acetone to clean your brush and should always try to avoid allowing your brush to come in to contact with acetone as this compromises the structure of the bristles.
