Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of purchase but during busier times, please allow 3-5 working days. Please be aware, some carriers do not deliver on non working business days.

48hr Tracked - Royal Mail 
Our 48hr tracked delivery service is £4.45. Your order should arrive 48hrs after dispatch. 

24hr Tracked - Royal Mail 
Our 24hr shipping rate is £5.90 If you choose this delivery method, your order should arrive just 24hrs after dispatch and will be delivered by the Royal Mail.

24hr Tracked & Signed For - Royal Mail
Our express shipping rate is £7.10. If you choose this delivery method, your order should arrive just 24hrs after dispatch and will require a signature on delivery. 

Up to 48hrs - DPD
DPD ‘next day’ delivery is £6.95. We cannot guarantee this will arrive next day so we never market it as such. Your order should arrive between 24 - 48hrs after dispatch. If you choose this delivery method, your order should arrive just 24hrs after dispatch. 

Free Shipping
Orders placed with free shipping will be sent via our standard shipping method of 48hr Tracked.  

What if I have a delivery problem?
We keep a check on all delivery statuses but please contact us if you encounter a problem with delivery. 

Please bare in mind, once dispatched, your delivery times are out of our control. We try our best to choose reputable delivery options and will always try to rectify any delivery issues you may suffer, but please note, we are unable to raise any concerns with our delivery partners until 7 days after dispatch. 

Overseas Shipping
We currently do not ship gels outside of the UK.

Can I change my address after ordering?
If we see your email before your order has been processed - absolutely. Otherwise, unfortunately this will not be possible.
