Refund policy
What's your refund policy?
Under consumer rights, you have fourteen days from reciept of your product to request a refund. Due to the nature of Gel products, these products must not have been opened due to hygiene reasons. All products that are returned to us must be in a saleable condition. If products arrive back to us damaged or in an unsaleable condition, you will not receive a refund or a % of your refund will be deducted.
Refunds will be issued to the method of payment and will be done as soon as possible (within 14 days) but only when we have received the returned products. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to show in your bank account / method of payment after we have authorised it.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24hrs of receipt of the item along with an image. Damaged items upon delivery, will be either offered a refund or a replacement item. If you contact us after 24hrs, no refund will be offered.
How does it work?
Once we agree to refund or replace your item, you must send your item to us within 7 working days. Upon receipt of your item, we will issue a refund or a return. We are unable to send out a replacement until we have received the damaged item.
Who pays the return costs?
Customers are liable for return postage costs. We recommend you use a tracked service for peace of mind for both you and us.

Part return of items sold as sets, collections or kits will not be accepted.
