Let us introduce Bill, our pro scissor designed to remove unwanted cuticles during your professional manicures and pedicures.
Unlike traditional cuticle nippers, our scissors have been created to get underneath the loose area you need to snip.
Bill benefits from:

Bill’s use is professional only and should only ever be used on finger tip or toe cuticle areas. It is important you only cut dead skin.
Remember, dead skin doesn’t bleed and cutting it should never be painful or uncomfortable.
